Lost Garden captures the fantastic ripe, fresh and vibrant flavours of Hawke’s Bay fruit, combined with complimentary winemaking, to produce a range of wines that are highly approachable, delicious and enjoyable to drink.
Glowing green/gold in colour, aromas of sun-ripened peaches, rock-melon, exotic tropical fruits, hints of vanilla and roasted nuts leap out of the glass.
The wine is rich and smooth in the mouth with intense peach/tropical fruit/nutty oak flavours balanced by a gently drying texture and succulent acidity. The finish is soft and round with lingering stone fruit flavours and a satisfying savoury grip.
An opulent Chardonnay that delivers on flavour but also has the necessary balance, structure and texture to make you want to pour another glass.
