***The Serious Tasting: 10am - 5pm. Taste our full range of award-winning wines.
$5pp. Tickets available at the Cellar Door on the day.

***Workshop with John Hancock, Trinity Hill's CEO and Chief Winemaker: 2pm. "A Synopsis of Syrah"     
- a vertical tasting of our Syrah, 1998 to 2007, including Trinity Hill Homage Syrah. Bookings essential. $20pp.

***DJ Floyd: 11 am - 5pm on the lawn. DJ Floyd is known for his Eclectic playing style, spinning a selection of Funky Beats, French Cafe, Jazz and Soul tunes.

***Cheese-Lover’s Table: A self-service selection of cheeses, olives, relishes, The Deli cured meats and other antipasto items with wafers and breads. (price p/kg).

Sunday February 8th:

***The Premier Event of the Festival - Class of 58!

Shane Cortese - star of Outrageous Fortune, Dancing with the Stars and Burying Brian, presents “Class of 58” with the All Star 58 Showband, Rock'n'Roll at Trinity Hill!!

Dance the afternoon away to the hits of Buddy Holly, Del Shannon, Eddie Cochrane, Roy Orbison, Ricky Nelson and Gene Vincent. Hosted by Trinity favourite Celine Toner.
