Open every day for sales and tasting (except Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday)Summer (October through Easter) 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
Winter (Easter through September) 11.00 am – 5.00 pm
Tour operators and groups of 10 or more, please book with us in advance to ensure appropriate service.
Tasting fees apply for groups larger than 10. $3 per person (non-refundable)

Our Cellar Door
We welcome visitors to our Cellar Door, located at the winery in the heart of the Gimblett Gravels wine region. Originally a barrel hall, it is an impressive space with five(!) metre-high ceilings and a great view of our white barrel hall through the huge sliding glass door.The Cellar Door team are a knowledgeable and friendly bunch who will guide you through our wines and answer your questions. There is always a wide selection available for tasting. They may even have a bottle of something “not on the list” for you to try. You can purchase from our full range of award winning wines which includes our classic varieties as well as some that are “unique” to Trinity Hill;
- Tempranillo
- Montepulciano
- Touriga Nacional (our version of port)
Our Cellar Door and Winery are set on a hectare of award-winning landscaped gardens with a stream and a lily pond. Our lovely gardens and expansive lawn make the perfect spot for a picnic. You can make up your own platter from our selection of delicious produce to enjoy with a glass of Trinity Hill wine. In the summer we often have live music and hot food available at weekends, just check our Events section of the website
